Cooked ribs for 2.5 hours on a smoker over hickory and then another 24 hours sous vide. They were tender enough to pull the bones right out, so I took advantage and made a giant sized McRib with coleslaw and a homemade BBQ sauce...don't judge me. [4032X3024]
