A new bagel shop opened in Brooklyn: Taylor Ham, two eggs, American cheese on an everything bagel. The one creeping in the back is house-cured gravlax, tomato, red onion, capers, a squeeze of lemon on a buttered poppy seed. Both were perfect and delicious.
