I have been living in Nepal as a US Peace Corps Volunteer for two years and finally perfected my open-fire bread! I know it isn’t that pretty and that it looks like a cake (it’s the only pan we have)- but they don’t eat bread loaves here; and it’s a bit of home. It’s incredibly tasty.
